ATF Director B. Todd Jones Stepping Down After Nearly 4 Years on Job - ABC News

ATF director Todd Jones has resigned. He may be taking a position in professional sports according to ABC News. The deputy director will serve as acting director until a replacement can be confirmed.

Subversive and un-American as it might sound, some (many, actually) things are susceptible to more than one characterization. BATFE clearly has LE and tax missions (and a few others).

The Gestapo had an "LE" mission.
