Armed with a baby, man is executed by AZ militant police

The man was not threatening anyone nor had any weapons in hand. He was wrongfully killed by a psycho cop on a military style crisis entry team for no more than kicking a neighbors garbage can out of anger. No doubt we will start seeing more and more of this gestapo action.

Now mind you I don't have anything against the majority of police but they are more frequently abusing people's rights and for what reason? To create fear among the dissidents? To create a riot so all out martial law can be imposed? This kind of crap has become much more prevalent since the lying, narcissist, coward, muzslum, impostor set his fraudulent ass in the WH. When will 300+ million people come together to fight this evil and corruption.

The cop that shot him I believe does have a problem. He has 6 fatality shootings in 10 years on the force. That in its self is another subject. As for the man that was shot being innocent...... your facts are not quite correct. This is what they responded to as listed below. Still tragic no matter how you look at it.

Around 6 p.m., Scottsdale police said they received a call from two people saying a man "pointed a gun in their faces" while carrying a baby in their neighborhood near 77th and Garfield streets.

" No doubt we will start seeing more and more of this gestapo action".

What? Do people even think before they post anymore? Why? Blanket statement. Explain why you think this? Why is there no doubt?

Different story, but perhaps getting quicker to the trigger vs. speaking....Officers will often tell you that they diffuse a LOT of situations through talking. Is this guy turning into the shark or bear that gets a taste and wants to go back? Most cops have issues if they shoot one person, this guy is up to seven? (I can't remember the exact number) Plus he did shoot a person holding a baby! The baby did not seem to be in immediate danger. Yes the guy had a history of threatening people with a hand gun but NOT shooting the hand gun.....

Damn dude open your eyes! Have you not seen or read of this stuff happening more frequently and for reasons not justifiable. What freakin' country do you live in anyway? We have a very corrupt rogue govt acting like 30's Nazi Germany with city, county and local police being used as their tools. These type of conflicts are on the rise nationwide so there is no doubt we will see and hear of more of this madness.

If you read this account of the same story you posted, there is a completely different slant to the story. Your story is written for the paranoid right and theis one is from the media left. The only commonalty is the cop that did the shooting, the perp is dead with a well place round to the head, the child is safe from the situation the perp created, the perp has a long record of armed threats to his neighbors, the cop has 6 other good shoots to his record and the neighbors called the cops on the perp. But other than that there is so much difference.

Tuesday's shooting is seventh for Scottsdale police officer

Not every one that owns a gun is a good guy/patriot and not every cop is a bad guy/fascist pig. Is it a shame that the child will grow up with out his Grandfather? Maybe not, given the established track record of the grandfather.

Well, I see that the 'Republic Magazine' is complete junk. This guy wasn't executed, him being dispatched by the cop most likely saved lives...especially the young kid. The LEO served his community well that day. Nice shot.

I think that this cop was trigger happy. He saw something black in his hand and shot the man. The man had turned and was shot from behind. If that had been a "civilian" that had done the shooting he would be arrested and most likely convicted. The police swat teams are way over used and have to show their worth to keep getting funded. They are probably needed in about 10% of the calls they are used on. Too many questional shoots have been made by swat teams in the whole US.

Curious to where you get your stats from in regards to SWAT teams and their funding? And it would be incredibly rare for a civilian gun carrier to get involved in something like this...would be ill-advised to say the least.

Remember to look both ways

There are always at least 2 sides to a story.
Its getting more and more dangerous for everyone including police officers and at the end of the day we all want to be able to go home to our loved ones. But it also is true that some police do abuse their power and someone who had shot 7 people and killed 6 of them could be an abuser, but I wasn't there so how can I cast judgement on that person. After all there are alot of bad guys who just need to be shot sometimes. Hopefully the checks and balances we use are in place and working.

When officers arrived, Loxas had returned to his house, but came to the door with the baby in his arms, police said. Peters and another officer told investigators that they saw a black object in Loxas' hand. Loxas turned to go back inside when Peters, who was standing 18 feet away at the edge of the driveway, shot him in the head with his patrol rifle, police said.
"(Loxas) was holding the baby in his left arm in front of his upper body and face. Moments later, he reached down to his right, lowering the baby, clearly exposing his head and upper body. Officer Peters responded to the movement with a single shot (to) the suspect's head. The suspect fell to the ground and the baby was rescued by officers. The suspect died instantly," Clark said.
Peters "felt he had to prevent him from re-entering the house," Clark said. "The intent was to rescue the baby." Investigators later determined that Loxas was not carrying a gun but had a cellphone in his pants pocket.

This "Trigger Happy Robo Cop" seems to think that he must have a License To Kill almost anyone he chooses to at will!
Who does this Cop think he is?? WTF!?!
I just bet that if this unarmed man holding his baby that was SHOT in THE BACK OF THE HEAD was a relative of someone else here on this very forum, then there would be a very different majority view of this trigger happy cop.

Most cops are decent human beings, BUT...
NOT ALL COPS ARE 'GOOD' COPS FOLKS! WAKE THE FK UP!!
Pretty bad & very questionable police work on his part.
HE SHOT AN UNARMED MAN IN THE BACK!
That is unexcusable imho!
All of this Cops 'other kills' should also be thoroughly re-investigated!

His Neighbor 'claimed' that he threatened him with a gun??
OH MY!! EXECUTE HIM ASAP!!
How dare this 'peasant citizen' own and keep a loaded firearm within his own home!
Fk the 2nd Amendment! Who does this taxpaying peasant think he is??

Hey, at least the neighbors won't have to deal with his loud parties anymore right??

Preventing someone from re-entering a dwelling after making compelling threats against another's life and/or jeopardizing an unwilling participant (the infant) is a justified shooting. This guy was a loose cannon, had MADE compelling threats, was holding a baby and it had obviously escalated. Him re-entering the dwelling can cause a stand off, suicide by cop, potential injury or death to the unwilling participants. Therefore, it becomes a justified shooting. He had already threatened another with a gun, so I assume by policy, this LE agency sends a tac team to address it.

As a side note, in my State, I can effectively 'arrest' someone by shooting and killing them as a civilian carrier if the person makes compelling statements/evidence that he/she will commit a homicide, armed robbery, rape, etc. It's not really recommended as a civilian but there are laws to protect civilians if they were to get into these 'atypical' situations. Same thing applies to LEOs. The BG doesn't always need to present a weapon in these cases. But in this case, *hit was starting to go badly, and the LEO acted to protect innocent life.

If that civilian who was SHOT IN THE BACK while UNARMED in his own home while holding his baby was YOUR brother or son would you still be saying this??

Two words come to my mind......
Bull & S.H.I.T.

Let me ask you this...if the LEO didn't snipe this psycho and he re-entered the house, killed everyone inside, lit the house on fire and killed himself, would you still beat up on the LEO because he didn't have the sack to pull the trigger in the first place? Truly, it becomes a lose/lose for LE agencies in cases like this..especially in the realm of popular opinion...which is really the realm of ignorance and Monday morning quarter backing.

Killing people by shooting them in the back because of a "What If" scenario is INSANE!
Wake the fk up dude!

This is supposed to be America.
American Citizens are supposed to have certain rights!
Have you ever even heard of the U.S. Constitution?
What about the 2nd, 4th, 5th & 6th Amendments?

Your rights fade away when you threaten others with guns and endanger the lives young children. This particular individual seemed like a sociopath and was not a member of decent society per normal. I'm SURE he said some pretty serious statement prior to the shoot. We'll never know because of the investigation but this guy had some past psychotic tendencies.
