Arkansas and Wyoming Now Have Reciprocity

Thanks to a user giving me a heads up, I just confirmed that Arkansas and Wyoming just signed Reciprocity Agreements yesterday. I couldn't find any information on it this morning but this email I just got confirms it.

Some members of my site are saying that Arkansas and Wyoming now have reciprocity for concealed weapon permits? Could you please confirm if this is correct as I cannot find anything about it yet. And just to be clear, this will allow Arkansas permit holders to carry in Wyoming and Wyoming permit holders to carry in Arkansas, correct? Thanks for you time.
