Although I no longer live there, I lived in Arizona from 1947 thru 1999. Open carry has always been okay there, and there was no mass shootings in all that time. Anyone who tried would find people open carrying who would give them more than they could handle. Maybe this is the way to dissuade mass shooters: let everyone open carry throughout the 50 staes.

I'm with you. Except: To make that legal, there would have to be a federal law, and that would be illegal... period.
