Arizona nonresident CCW

I'm to this site And I find it so helpful and informitive. I do have a question about the nonresident Arizona CCW, I sent away for the forms to be sent to me. I see that they requiere two sets of fingerprint cards. Does anyone know if they are the Blue cards or can I use the card that my state uses for back round checks?

They sent me two of the blue cards that were stamped with their information. I took them to my local Police dept. and they printed me on the cards that were sent.
