tisas are turkish guns but r they as good as remingtons and other name brand guns?
I've been shooting M1911s since '79 and it's never happened to me.From everything I've read, yes. But beware of the grip safety. Mil-Spec 1911s will sooner or later bite you.
Never heard of that either. I'd much rather have a Mil-Spec that I can work on and get parts and accessories for rather than something proprietary like the Remington R1.S&W645;487940 said:From everything I've read, yes. You just put a jinks on yourself like I did. It is not if, it is when it will happen. I grip high and I have a large amount of flesh between the thumb and trigger finger. Rapid fire and sooner or later the hammer will get it between it and the top of the mil-spec grip safety. That is why beavertail grip safeties were made.
