From the results of various polls around the Nation it looks like we're still the minority.

I know this was posted awhile ago but I had to comment on 2 poll questions. The ABC News Poll. April 22, 2007. N=788 adults nationwide. Moe ± 3.5. Fieldwork by TNS.
First people where asked: "Do you favor or oppose stricter gun control laws in this country?"
Favor: 61% Opposed: 36% Unsure: 3%
Then one of the other questions was: "What do you think is the best way to reduce gun violence in this country: by passing stricter gun control laws, or by stricter enforcement of existing laws?"
Stricter Laws: 29% Stricter Enforcement: 52% Both (vol.): 9% Neither (vol.): 8% Unsure: 1%
This makes absolutely no sense to me. You would think both these poll numbers would be the same. I just don't understand people. I friend of mine gave me a great explanation for people. He said must people sleep walk through life. Those must have been the 788 people who took this poll.
