hello all! new to the forums. i recently began looking into purchasing an 80 percent lower receiver for the ar-15 platform and milling it myself. my question is pretty basic: has anyone undergone this process themselves and would they recommend it to a beginner?
i'm most concerned with the margin of error. intuitively, i'd imagine it isn't great. i have a standing drill press that definitely has the power for the job and feel confident using the jig. anyway, thanks for taking a look at a noob's question and i look forward to any input you might have!
