Apt resident takes on intruders

Anyone ever consider that moving into a new apt or home might have been the past residence of drug sellers and that previous buyers may think the seller still lives there? Well here is a link to a story about just that and 2 perps that were shot and hospitalized by the new tenant. Too bad they weren't head shots though.
