Anyone using XS 24/7 Express Sight

I've been thinking about getting a set of these to put on my Kimber Ultra Carry (carry gun). Anyone using these? Any like or dislikes?? Thanks guys.

24/7 big dot

I like the Big Dot sights for small firearms. I put one on a j-frame and hits come much faster. I instinctively point-shoot but when I aimed the little gun it took me a while to find the black-on-black sights. Now I raise up, superimpose the dot and BANG.
