Anyone use/carry a KEL-TEC PF-9

My brother-in-law has one that he carries and we go out shooting together every other weekend. He has experienced the occasional light primer strike and the gun jams on him from time to time. I have fired about 30 or so rounds through the gun myself and I have mixed feelings on the gun. On one hand it shoots fairly accurately BUT he recoils pretty heavy and has a tendency to try and jump out of my hand when firing.

I'm curious about any real world experience owning/using a PF9. Read about it in Guns and Ammo and Gun Tests, both publications had great things to say about it. Read some on-line reviews, and there are less glowing comments, but most seem to be issues that can be addressed carefully with sandpaper, a dremel tool (addressing sees, sharp edges, etc), or Uncle Mike's wrap around grip.

The price seems crazy cheap and the value seems unbeatable. Not looking to add anything to the CCW stable, but...

I do. I replaced my G26 with one. Love that little gun. Perfect size for carry even in the hot weather. Very reliable and very accurate. The grip IS very aggressive but a Hogue handall jr makes it a VERY comfortable gun to shoot without really adding any size. I would recommend a PF-9 to anybody. Sometimes in the winter I still carry bigger but no issues trusting the PF9.
