Any new laws proposed in Texas?

Does anyone know if there are any proposed changes to Texas Firearm Laws--notice this part of the question--that will allow Constitutional Carry?

It seems like the push is to eliminate section 46 so that concealed carriers can expose their weapons without fear of arrest. Constitutional carry won't happen before the country falls into complete anarchy.

HB700 was proposed....it would allow CCW licensees the option of open carrying...but the committee headed by democrat Pickett has all but let this bill die this session....there is a slight possibility of a special session being requested by the governor in order to consider this bill as well as the campus carry bill...sadly we have let the democrats take over the chairmanships of the vital committees and unless something changes they can single handedly kill any pro-gun bills the come before them.....
