Liberalism is a disease. It is not always incurable, and has in some cases been known to be treatable with some tranquilizers.
Anosognosia is one disease suffered by most liberals. Bless their hearts, they don't know that they don't know. Some call it lack of insight, or denial... but this has to do with their not being able to understand that facts are facts, and that Truth is Absolute.
Anosognosia (an-o" so-no' zhah [g is silent]) is not lack of insight or denial. It is quite different. It is not simply denial of a problem, but the genuine inability to recognize that the problem exists.
Just wanted everyone to know why the majority of anti-gun people remain anti-gun, even after knowing the facts.
(Some conservatives may suffer from this disease, also... and in most cases it shows up as a true inability to recognize fact as fact, or truth as truth.)
