A couple days ago I was heading to my summer place on lake Greenwood to get my tractor and bring it home. On 221 in front of the Waterloo school they had a vehicle check point set up. I was pulling my 16' trailer and looking rough. I'd been sick for a week and was feeling better but had not shaved in that week. The Trooper was checking for seat belt use, Dl's, proof of Ins, and registration. I pulled up and handed him my DL and CWP. He asked how I was doing and I said fine. He looked at my Dl then my CWP for a few seconds, smiled and handed them back to me and told me to have a nice day. I said; you guys be careful out there and drove off. This is the second check point I've been in a years time. Exactly the same thing happened on the first one.
