Yes other than the expired link to packing.org this is a great information source. We need our own here on USAC.

I like those maps - they are useful; however, I know the description of Utah isn't necessarily correct. THe entire state doesn't allow open carry. There are parts of Utah in which you can open carry but it is either determined by county or city. My city, for example, does not allow open carry. Just a quick thought of advice before everyone runs out the door with a gun visible on their hip.

yes the same is true in Portland. Oregon. The counties determine where open carry is allowed. However the site did indicate that in the details.
