Mr Romney. Since President Obama has chosen several time to selectively not enforce current laws and because the Main Stream Media has allowed him to do so with impunity, if you are elected do you plan to take advantage of this precedent and only enforce laws that you agree with?

Having been involved with this in the past is was not pretty. We had to follow labor law and notify employees of a closing or consolidation at the 90 day 60day and 30 day mark.

Once again though, Obama and his Czars are above the law, and the media is to blame for not crucifying him for it.

Obama's Labor Department on Monday issued "guidance" to the states, telling them that a federal law requiring advance notice of mass layoffs does not apply to the layoffs that may occur in January as a result of automatic budget cuts known as "sequestration."

I say this is malfeasance of office which falls under "high crimes and misdemeanors".

Now let's not get all up set. We are talking about democrats here. Their good intentions and feelings are more important then any written law. You wouldn't want to put a sour note on these peoples Christmas Holiday, excuse me winter holiday, would you? :sarcastic: The main stream media isn't going to call this administration out until they run out of ways to protect them.
