Back in the 60s through the 80's, when the teaching of Constitution 101 was mandatory, any 7th grader knew what it took this guy 5 years to finally understand.

Yup, Mr President, the Government of the United States doesn't have a king or dictator or a ruler. You are just the head of one measly co-equal third of the Guberment. We are all supposed to swoon and be in awe of his humility. Next step: Ask for mo power.
