Ammo for Sig P250 Compact?

I'm finally getting my Sig P250 9mm compact and was curious what time of ammo I should be using for it. I'm pretty new at this so I literally have no clue when it comes to ammo. Any suggestions are appreciated. :)

Here's a good little read. Ammunition For The Self-Defense Firearm It's not the all know it to ammunition, but it should help you somewhat. I'd start with a heavier grain bullet and practice. The heavier grain will have less recoil, and will be cheaper to practice with. Once you have broken in your gun with 2-3 hundred rounds, feel free to to try some hotter loads. This is the only way YOU will know what to use in YOUR gun. Try a few different brands, and see what your gun likes, and what gives you better groups.

My P220 .45 has eaten everything, but has misfed Magtech twice. I made the mistake of getting some cheap stuff during the break in phase. I've tried many manufacturers, and I now only use BlackHills. My gun loves it, and gets good accurate shots, with clean powder burn. Everyone, and every gun is different. You will just have to experiment. Good Luck

Thank you very much! Exactly what I was looking for. Was wondering what kind of a difference the grain made.
