Aluminum case ammo (Blazer) ejection problems?

I asked this question in the Long Gun Discussion and didn't get any replies. Thought I'd try again here.

Henry Rifles (lever action) had a warning about shooting the aluminum case ammo (Blazer) due to ejection problems. Anyone here shoot the aluminum case ammo in their lever rifles? Any problems? Thanks.

Sorry Ringo, don't buy anything in aluminum case. OK maybe an occasional adult beverage but I digress.

Hi Ringo!
It's me again, The reasoning behind this is twofold,
1) Aluminum cases are softer than brass and the extraction leverage provided by the lever action can cause the extractor to pull through the rim and leave the fired case stuck in the chamber. A cleaning rod will knock the case out easily but it is still a drag, especially if you don't have one handy.
2) Aluminum cases that have become tarnished are not good for your chamber as aluminum corrosion is also known as aluminum oxide or valve grinding compound, which can do bad things to a polished chamber at the pressures involved in firing ammunition.

Tried running a box through my M9 and Glock 23 years ago. Almost every round in both guns FTE. Havent touched that crap since. No specific lever gun experience with it though

I've used aluminum in a revolver and it worked fine, but after picking up all the casings there's no way I'd use it in anything else. If I hadn't been on dirt bet I would have squashed them easily just by stepping on them.

I went through a case of aluminum cased ammo in various XD guns I own, not a single FTE or other problem.

Blazer is made by CCI which is owned by ATK who also owns Federal Cartridge. I have been in the Federal Cartridge Plant in Anoka, MN many times. I have also been in the ATK Plant in Independence, MO.

I have not had any problems with Blazer ammo. I would prefer to use Federal but I was buying whatever I could find for a while. There seems to be more ammo on the shelves now but that may change because I heard that obummer has started a war on lead mining and production!!!
