Alien Gear has great service

Had a belt strap on the back of my 1911 Alien Gear OWB holster break (my fault) and I contacted them via their message link on their web site and within one hour I received a reply saying that they will replace the complete back of the holster, all I have to do is reattach the front holster part. Their cost $23.00 on the invoice, zero cost to me and no shipping charges. Now that’s some great service.
