Air Marshals

I'm a flight attendant and just wanted to thank the Federal Air Marshals for being on our side. I was flying this year on and around 9/11 and was glad to have them aboard several of my flights.

I just did a Google search and found sources from USA Today to various postings in other forums and a story in one such-n-such Tribune paper somewhere and there is a concensus, not a signed and sworn statement from any air marshmallows, that they use .357 sig with 125gr HP.

And if anyone is going to start the "sucked out of a bullet hole in the skin of the aircraft" rig-a-muh-row well go right ahead... Just be prepared to be laughed at is all I'm say'n.

Glad to know you feel safe with Fed Air Marshals in your flight. Some of them are the most arrogant people on the planet and do not want to sit in coach...'Fact in several of my husband's flights they "demanded" to be sitted in first class. How can they observe what is happening at the back if they like to treat themselves as someone "special"?

Glad you were safe!

.357 Sig.... Interesting.

Well, if they used a .45 you could be sucked out of the hole. LOL

If someone makes a move for the cockpit while the pilot or co pilot opens the door to go to the bathroom and the air marshall is in the back of the plane, whats the point of him being there?

Believe me they (plural) do not travel alone. For all the right reasons, there should be two of them. But there were cases when both agents demanded to be in first class.
