My wife uses a TracPhone because the minutes carry over and its just for emergency's and to check in on her way home from work.
She had something like 20 minutes on the phone the other night when she lost it. We looked for days for the phone but gave up and just got another TracPhone. When I transferred the old number to the new phone and transfered the minutes there were almost 2,400 minutes on the phone.
Apparently someone found the phone and instead of calling the ICE or Home number in the phone decided to keep it and buy themselves minutes.
Now, the phone they decided to keep is inactive, has no minutes, and no associated phone number.
We now have the minutes and our old number back. Aint Karma A ***** ?
