Affiliations Fields Added To Profile

I had a member request having a field in your profiles to list affiliations. This is now live. Just go to your User CP and then edit your profile. It is the last field listed.

Thanks Luke for adding my reequested field. You sure didn't hesitate for putting this together.

Now I have to get all of my affiliations together.
