if you are legaly carrying concealed and your clothing accidentaly exposes your weopon,
and you are in a non open state, are you in trouble from a leagle stand point?
The only problem you should encounter is that if someone has seen your weapon & calls 911 but like was said in an earlier reply cover it up as soon as you are aware of it & don't run from the situation as that will make you look as a guilty party & the police will be on the lookout for you.
Goodness knows how many times I have had accidental exposures in supermarkets mostly because I am just 5' tall and the shelves are 10' high? I just pull myself together to correct it then think nothing of it. If anything I am more concern about reaching that elusive bottle of Coke for my husband than anything else that I wait for some lanky, tall, handsome man to pass by who will be willing to get that Coke or two off the shelf for me. I'm from Missouri. I do not know if we have a law on accidental exposure. Someone else can clarify that one...
I accidentally exposed once and the girl I caught looking laughed at my little gun and I became embarrassed then she showed me hers. She had a pair of super 38's packed under her shirt. She could barely keep those things holstered and she whipped those puppies out and let me get my hands all over them. It was at that point she grabbed my little gun and whispered "I like big guns with long barrels that shoot big bullets". Needless to say I now carry a full 9.5" 480 and it can go bang all day long.

A flight attendant was stationed at the departure gate to check tickets. As a man approached, she extended her hand for the ticket and he opened his trench coat and flashed her. Without missing a beat, she said, 'Sir, I need to see your ticket, not your stub.'
