If the media got back to "Investigative Reporting" like they should be doing, instead of simply restating the Press Releases from the White House, then there would be a lot more stories presenting the facts not the "spin".

Unfortunately, the almight Press Release is read as gospel by the lapdog media which has allowed the White House to shape the news to fit their agenda. The lazy, "State Controlled" media simply wait by the fax machine and report the press release as News and do not question the validity of the statements made. They have become the "low information media" for the "low information voters".

John Stossel is one of the few that actually investigates the "Facts" as told by the White House and the rest of the Media, then presents their "facts" versus reality.
We need more reporting of the truth and reality, not the spin we've been fed for too long.

I used to think that all media was totally unbiased. That they prided themselves on fair and balanced reporting and didn't stoop to liberal pandering. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention or wrongly assumed they knew what they were talking about. At any rate, it's disgusting what they've become.
If we didn't already have so many useless laws that aren't enforced, I'd say they should all be held to a fair and equal standard.
