I know there is never a clear cut answer to self defense legal questions but I would be interested in opinions on this scenario. Say you are being threatened by someone with a deadly weapon, in your home, being robbed or whatever. The person gets distracted and turns their back to you giving you the chance to draw and shoot. Would shooting the aggressor in the back be grounds to question justifying the shooting? Thanks in advance for your opinions.
