A National Rally?

Just a crazy thought that's been rambling around in my head: what do you think of a national rally for open and concealed carry proponents. I'm thinking of a gun-friendly state and locale where we would meet for a long weekend of comradery and "show of force" (for lack of a better phrase)? Don't want to get into particular details, yet, just interested in whether anyone thinks this is a good/bad idea. I like the "in your face" idea of showing the elitists how many of us there are. I think the time for "pussy-footing" around is almost over and they need to know who we are and they need to take a measure of our resolve. FWIW.

Go to wwwmsecondamendmentmarch.com for more information. There will be a march held in Washington DC April 19 2010 and hopefully marchs held in all 50 states before that. Ours in Ohio will be held Apr 10 2010. Support the effort with donations, wearing gear that mentions the march and showing up. We cannot sit around and do nothing. Evreyone needs to be involved and that includes hunters. Spread the word!!
