Well, I guess I can't complain about the police chief saying something like that. Way too little, way too late. The thugs, drug dealers and gangs killed this city due to progressive liberalism that was voted into office.

When a city can file for bankruptcy, then the rest of the citizenry in the US has to pay for them. This I will complain about.
