I believe this is the reason for it's removal...

On 11-Jan-13 at 13:22:28 EST, seller added the following information:
money will be going to firearms related clubs, charities ect just not decided yet so it will be used for good.

eBay is not pro-2A & CA based, plus they like to ride roughshod over any listing they take exception to- because they are unopposed & can.

I had a listing removed one time for a tac light. They said that it was for an assault weapon. Here is the kicker: it was for an HK usp series pistol and as far as I know they are the only ones to use that specific style rail.

That's great! And on multiple levels too. First,some Pro-Second Amendment group(s) will benefit, 2. eBay actually reviewed their policy, and 3. Public outcry had some effect on them.

I believe that readers of this and all the other posts should send eBay thank you emails regarding this reversal of their draconian policy enforcement. The results of positive reinforcement will continue on to other seller's listing not being removed.
