I hate the media. I raise my kids with guns in the house, and they fire them. But my kids don't play with guns like they are toys. I have pictures of my oldest son shooting at the range on my phone. The problem is that this kid is being raised to be a thug. He doesn't need guns for that.

I fired my first rifle (.22 rimfire) when I was 4 years old. I was raised in a house with at least a dozen loaded weapons located throughout the house. Somehow I survived my childhood, because I knew my dad or grandfather would have broke their foot off in my butt if they EVER caught me touching them without permission. The only exception was a break in, and then I was expected to put at least 3 rounds center mass or shoot until they quit moving.

My children have grown up in a house with loaded firearms, and they have survived, because they know I'd break my foot off in their butts in if they touch them without permission. My oldest daughter is a pretty good pistol shot, and my youngest is coming along. I'm a proud dad

I hate seeing that phrase "illegal gun" or 'legal gun". No such thing.....
Either the gun is possessed legally or illegally.
