.45ACP Revolver?

Is there a .45ACP Revolver out there? Looking for a replacement CCW but I would like to stay in the .45ACP since I reload it already.

If I went to a revolver it would fire .410 and .45.

Yes it would... Automatic colt Pistol... Derp on me!

I'm tired and fired off three manufactures I know that make a .45 ACP. I stand corrected. The only revolver I know that allows the ACP to be fired in it is the S&W Governor.

Moonclips make a revolver in .45 ACP a dream.

The SW 625 shoots .45 ACP along with The Governor

I like the Governor but couldn't they choose a better name? lol, Governor seems a little to close to Government and I'm a little let down by ours at the moment....

You'd prefer the "Judge" instead? And no possibility of firing .45 ACP from it.

Some where along the way some one most have made a revolver that shot .45 ACP because in my Fathers footlocker from World War 2 there are some c clips with .45ACP's in them. He told us that while in Japan on duty he had to shoot an Awol person with his Government 1911 45 auto so they took his gun and the Officer on Duty hand him his .45 revolver to finish his duty with.

A simple google search would give you hundreds, maybe thousands, of on-point hits. It's also amazing what you could find searching manufacturers' websites.

Geee, Now why didn't I think of that? Well You got me, I'm lazy. Actually I did Google it but I find so many different things and wanted to get it from people who have owned them. A conversation on a forum gives the OP the ability to ask questions should one arrive and the ability to see what others think about the guns being discussed. If I wanted to settle on a "Google" search I would have stopped at a "Google" search.

If your going to come into someones thread and try to antagonize people at least make sense doing it. I simply posted a thread to get some information (Last I checked that is what forums are for). So if you want to continue showing your negative IQ and making a fool of yourself go ahead.

all are huge, heavy things for ccw. almost everyone regrets the idea, eventually. the 410 thing is a bad joke. the rifling grooves swirl the shot, destroying the pattern, it wont reliably take a rabbit a mere 10 ft, I am not kidding. Shoot it at an old barn, look. the shot pattern looks like a big donut, no pellets in the center. go to youtube, search there for jerrymiculek, he has a video of reacting to the timer beep, 6 hits on the chest at 5 yds, reload the revolver with full moon clip, 6 more hits, 2.99 seconds. faster than most could do with an auto, and NO reload.
