1st BAD Open Carry experience

On 5- 11 -12 I asked....

So let me ask....

How many actual incidents have their been where a criminal attacked an open carrier? Since open carry has been practiced by a goodly number of folks in Arizona for decades... yeah, decades... there should be a plethora of incidents. Please bear in mind any incidents need to be balanced against those decades of open carry to present a truthful picture of just how many hardened criminals attack open carriers.

Please provide cites and/or links to actual factual researchable incidents where that has happened... and...

Open Carry vs Concealed Carry

In Arkansas all we can get is CHCL. So to stay within the law it's the best I can do...oh well!leasantry:

Some guy on another forum posted this as why OC is a bad idea.

Two guys I once respected have just lost some of my respect.

Let me translate all that "I don't like open carry!" from these two... ummm... gentlemen... into what I heard them saying.... and I heard them say....

"Open carry makes my expensive concealed carry courses... not necessary so I won't make money."

What part of a concealed carry "permit" ... "permit" being government permission and government permission being that little thing called "infringed" are these two... ummmm...gentlemen.. unable to understand?
