Does anyone here know of any cases where an employer was held liable in any sort of way for recommending a CCW?

An employer writes a letter to the PD or Sheriff recommending a CCW and the employee is granted a permit because of the recommendation. The permit holder...
I just got a Nano holster for my M&P9c & I just can't seem to find a comfortable position for it. 11:00 is the best so far but not even remotely as comfortable as my MaxTuck holster at 3:00.
I'm curious about where others wear this type of holster.
