Looking for Instructors in Page or Frediona Arizona, Can anyone help??

I have a conceal permit, But i have a guy telling me he can give me a class for a Federal premit good for all state's " that issue permits" Dose anyone know if there is such a thing?

I don't understand, If you have a permit in utah it has to be concealed, But if you don't have a permit you can open carry.. That dosen't make sense. How come i can't open carry because i have a permit? Dose any body understand the law in Utah? Do i have it wrong? Not that i want to open carry...

I'm really annoyed With Nev. and New Mex. I live in utah and travel to both place's,Come on Nev. strike a deal with utah you can live with and let's get back to normal!! And New Mex. Come on do the right thing!! I spend a lot of money in Nev. But i don't anymore and i won't untill they fix this...
