You got an appearance ticket. You need to talk to the judge and have him give you the dismissal date with his stamp and signature on it. A lawyer would be your best bet. There are a couple of NYS lawyers on this firearms forum and a couple of threads about denials. GL! Link Removed

your restrictions apply all over the state. different sources have different answers. I think they would like you to keep it in a box unloaded out of your reach while transporting. get it amended to include hiking if they won't amend it for full carry, either way you are covered a little more...
