The last time I went to the state troopers barracks and asked what were the requirements for applying for a cc permit I was told that one requirement was that you had to have at least 3 reports on record of assault or other forms of violence against you before they would even consider your app. Why do we have to become a victim before we can leagally defend ourselves?
