I've used a heat gun to gently soften the kydex enough to move it slightly. You just need to warm up that spot that is grabbing the most, usually around the trigger.
I've done this on several 'tight' fitting holsters.
For my BUG,
I go with a Smith & Wesson 642 or Ruger LCP in a ProTech ankle holster. I've tried a lot of holsters and the Protech ankle one is by far the most comfortable.
