Someone made a comment about a probation officer in regard to my response. I understand the point. The problem is that there is not officers who care that make the system work. It takes money to make the system work. If you do not have the money and you want to make it work the working man can not really do much about it. These PUNKS were arrested. My point is what happend to the other garbage or Punks that get away with something like this. The answer is nothing! That is why a person needs to carry a gun instead of being a Victom!
