What do you think about the bill introduced (2020) ... to preempt any town, city, municipality , etc. from creating any kind or form of Red Flag Laws. It would make any such law moot.
Effective July 1, 2013 : Law was changed and Kansas now recognizes CC licenses of all States.

I shot my first turkey the other day.
I was very excited about it.
But, it scared the crap out of the people shopping in the frozen foods section of the store.
They told me I'm going to have to do my shopping somewhere else in the future.
Kansas changed the law in 2007, which had allowed cities, counties, etc. to prohibit open carry.... and with the change they could no longer "prohibit" open carry, they could only regulate "the manner" of open carry (has to be in a holster, etc.). However, it was done rather quietly along...

sounds like the one you were referring to.
I check them and USA Carry ..... seem to be the best two kept up sources. The NRA one is always way behind any changes, etc. Then, if those two disagree, I go to the State AG or Safety Dept site itself and check it.
