I really liked the DeSantis Tuck This holster for my XDS 45 - the attached mag pouch and nylon body made ideal for comfort and ease of on/off, especially after I added a sweat shield.
Saying that, I really wanted a CT laser for the XDS, but DeSantis said they had no immediate plans to make one. Since this was the only holster I liked after trying a myriad of them, I had been holding off on getting the CT laser.
With the recent Father's Day sale, I could resist it no longer and ordered the LG-469 H Laserguard from Crimson Trace.
Long story short - if you really like the Tuck this, too, I found a really simple fix:
I simply cut the sewing off the curve of the holster where the laser hit it, leaving a small gap, which allowed the laser to fit perfectly without loss of the snug fit. Then, I just added a few stiches to reinforce both ends of the cut area and VOILA, a perfect modification.
